Cutshaw, Chairman of ACYPL (American Council of Young Political Leaders), a non for profit, bi-partisan organization established in 1966 to promote international exchange programs for young politicians; Mr, Cutshaw, a native of Tennessee and a lawyer by profession is presently Executive Vice President,Chief Legal Officer and shareholder of Cajun Operating Company, franchisor of restaurants worldwide. Since 2000, he is the (first and only) Honorary Consul for India based in Atlanta, Ga. He has taught global business programs to graduate students at universities in Georgia (US) and is also the founder of Georgian American University in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. From 1981-1991 Mr. Cutshaw served in the Administrations of Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
